Ryan Tillman, a seasoned police officer with the Chino Police Department, embarked on a transformative journey, transcending the traditional law enforcement narrative. Shaped by childhood encounters with racial profiling, he eventually joined the force in 2013. Recognizing the need for transparency and empathy in law enforcement, he founded BREAKING BARRIERS UNITED LLC (BBU), fostering understanding and transforming workplace culture.
